Visit Good Heal Hospital, Noakhali, Bangladesh

Through observations and interactions during the visit , several key areas for improvement of nursing were identified.

These included pain assessment, infection control, and professional communication with patients and their families.

As the week progressed, additional topics emerged based on the observed needs and discussions with staff.

These included the care of vulnerable elderly patients (with attention to dementia and delirium), pediatric emergency response using the ABCD method, and fundamental wound care.

Good Heal Hospital has received targeted training sessions along with practical recommendations aimed at enhancing nursing standards.

The first step involves reviewing and clearly communicating the proposed mode of action within the nursing and broader clinical teams.
